Here are the job status definitions:

  1. Assigned: A crew has been assigned and future jobs are ready to be completed.
  2. Not Assigned: A new booking or job that has not yet been assigned to any crew.
  3. Completed: The job has been completed, but has not yet been charged.
  4. Approved: The job has been approved, but has not yet been charged.
  5. Card Declined: The job has been completed and approved, but the card used for payment was declined.
  6. Charged: The job has been completed, approved, and the card used for payment has been successfully charged.
  7. Unpaid: The job has been completed and approved, but cash or check payment has not been received.
  8. Pending: This status applies to the next scheduled job if a previous job had a card declined or is still unpaid. A pending job will be automatically posted once payment for the unpaid job is received. Otherwise, the status remains pending and no service reminder will be sent to the crew or clients prior to the service.
