How does Recurring Job get Scheduled?

For jobs that occur regularly (weekly, bi-weekly [every 2 weeks], monthly [every 4 weeks], etc), once the current job is finished, approved, charged or closed, the system will automatically create the next scheduled job for you.

For example, if a monthly job is scheduled for 3/10/23 (Friday), the next job will be created in 4 weeks' time (NOT on the same date of the month), on 4/7/23, also on a Friday.

You have the option to manually schedule recurring jobs for your clients. To do so, simply click on the Edit Job button and select the Service Frequency drop-down menu. From there, you can choose the desired recurring schedule for the job.

The options for scheduling services every three, six weeks or 2 months service schedule are not available for instant quotes and online booking at this time.
