You can easily check, uncheck, or even add new service types to ensure a seamless booking experience for your customers. Follow these simple steps to customize your service types:
Step 1: Access Settings
Navigate to the Setting menu located on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Page Settings
Once in the settings section, click on the "Page" option to access the customization options for your booking page.
Step 3: Customize Service Types
Find the section labeled "Service Types".
Check or uncheck the boxes next to the standard service types such as Yard/Lawn service, irrigation service, tree service, plants service, hardscape service, snow service, and any other services you offer. This allows you to tailor the available service types to match your business offerings.
Step 4: Add New Service Types (Optional)
If you want to add new service types that are not included in the standard list, simply click the "Add" button.
Enter the name of the new service type in the provided field.
Click "Save" to add the new service type to your options.
Step 5: Save Your Settings
After customizing the service types to your liking, click the "Save Settings" button to apply the changes.
With these easy steps, you can ensure that your booking page reflects the full range of services your landscaping business provides.
(Note: Service type customization is applicable only on the New Job AND Quote creation inside the House of Yards App and doesn't apply to the instant price quote booking page)
