Customer Support Specialist:

• Handle customer inquiry via LIVE chat, voice over IP, email, social media platforms

• Remote. Work from home

• Compensation: DOE ($20 - $30 an hour)

• LIVE chat, customer feedback, request via online ticket system

• Email support (customer requests, feedback, questions, complaints)

• Prior customer service representative experience and/or technical support preferred. Know how to handle the customers' issues on the phone, and LIVE chat. Being compassionate and patient.

Marketing Specialist:

• Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling

• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

• Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar

• Generate, edit, publish/post, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)

• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications

• Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging

• Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles

• Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies

• Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes

• Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase outreach

• Handle customer inquiries via LIVE chat, phone, email and, social media platforms

• Prefer local, remote OK. Work from home

• Compensation: DOE  ($25 - $35 an hour)
