What if the client's card is declined?

If you receive a card declined message after processing a payment, the completed job (appointment) will appear under the Card Declined section within the Jobs page.

For recurring services, the next scheduled service will not be posted and will instead appear under the Pending section within the Jobs page.

If the previously declined job is successfully charged, any pending jobs associated with it will be automatically posted.
