The timesheet feature empowers both owners and employees to efficiently track time spent on jobs. Whether you're managing your team's hours or logging your own, our system makes it easy to stay organized and accurate. Below, we'll guide you through using this feature effectively:

Adding Hours for Employees and Owners:

Navigate to the Job: Start by selecting the job you wish to add hours for. You can do this from your dashboard or by searching for the job using our search feature.

Edit Job: Once you're on the job page, click on the "Edit Job" button.

Enter Hours: In the edit view, you'll find a section to input hours worked. Simply enter the hours spent on the job for yourself or your employees.

Add Notes (Optional): If needed, you can add any additional notes related to the hours worked.

Update Job: After entering the hours and any notes, click on "Update Job" to save the changes.

Employee Portal Login

Access Employee Portal: Employees can log in to their dedicated portal using their credentials.

Enter Hours: Within the portal, employees can select the specific job they worked on and enter their hours directly into the timesheet.


Submit Hours: Once the hours are entered, employees can save it by clicking the "Save" button.

Add Notes (Optional): If needed, the employees can add any additional notes related to the hours worked.

Locked Hours: Once a job is completed, approved, and charged, the hours logged won't be editable. This ensures the accuracy and integrity of the recorded data.

Encourage employees to log their hours regularly to ensure accuracy.

Utilize the notes feature to add any relevant details about the work completed. Regularly review submitted hours to keep your records up-to-date.
